Brighton and Hove City Council has published its seafront investment prospectus, setting out plans to transform 13 kilometres of coastline including a potential landmark art gallery at Black Rock, a revamped Brighton Centre and 1,000 new homes at the Marina.

The developer behind the Kingswest building on Brighton seafront, which houses Odeon and Pryzm, has applied to cover its scaffolding with a 12-month advertising shroud featuring panels measuring 20 by 10 metres.
