Council Launches Civic Leadership Programme With Operation Black Vote

Brighton and Hove City Council has launched a Civic Leadership Programme with Operation Black Vote, aimed at getting more Black and Asian residents into roles as councillors, magistrates, school governors and trustees. The programme launched at Afrori Books on 9 July.
