Council seeks investor to transform Brighton's Kings Road paddling pool and playground

Brighton and Hove City Council is inviting investors to transform the Kings Road paddling pool and playground into a new seafront destination, with the water play and play area to stay free. Proposals are open until 27 September 2026.
