Brighton and Hove City Council is inviting investors to transform the Kings Road paddling pool and playground into a new seafront destination, with the water play and play area to stay free. Proposals are open until 27 September 2026.

Brighton and Hove City Council is offering thousands of square feet of city centre workspace at Phoenix House and Lyndean House to the creative sector, with expressions of interest open until 2 October.
