Brighton Is Recruiting Residents Who Have Lived in Poverty to Help Shape a Fairer City

One in four children in Brighton and Hove is living in poverty. The city has the highest homelessness rate in Sussex. A new independent review is recruiting residents with lived experience of poverty to sit on a panel and help shape real solutions. Applications close 19 June 2026.
