Brighton and Hove awarded Council of Sanctuary status at Jubilee Library ceremony

Brighton and Hove City Council has been awarded Council of Sanctuary status, recognising its commitment to welcoming refugees and people seeking sanctuary. Councillor Mitchie Alexander received the award at a Refugee Day ceremony at Jubilee Library on 20 June.
