University of Brighton Partners with Samaritans to Prepare Future Paramedics for Mental Health Emergencies

More than 50 first-year Paramedic Science students at the University of Brighton have completed a pioneering three-day Samaritans placement, building skills in listening, managing suicidal conversations and protecting their own wellbeing before they begin work on the frontline.
