Brighton RNLI Lifeboat Launched for Person Drifting Off Palace Pier: Storm Austen Warning

Brighton RNLI launched after a person was spotted drifting towards Brighton Marina. With Storm Austen due from late Thursday, the RNLI is urging people to keep away from the water.
