On 1 October 2026, a new shop opened on Dyke Road in Brighton's Seven Dials. No.64 is a gift, jewellery and homeware store founded by interior designer Amy and accountant Hannah, built around one idea: the most beautiful things you own all have a story behind them. Six local makers, one address, and four months from first conversation to open doors.
The name is simply the address. 64 Dyke Road. No overthinking. Just the feeling of popping down to see a neighbour who has always had good style and somehow always has exactly what you need.
"It started with a rosé. One sunny afternoon, sipping outside The Canopy Café in Seven Dials, the idea for No.64 was born. Somewhere between the second glass and the realisation that the most beautiful things we owned all had one thing in common: a story, and a person behind them."

The Canopy Café is now directly across the road. They see it every day. Planning started in June 2026. Four months later the doors were open. Hannah's family has lived in Seven Dials for generations and she still lives there today. On the team alongside Amy and Hannah is Nyree, who brings retail expertise and deep knowledge of running a physical space.
Amy is a bit of a nomad who found her true home in Brighton and fell for its independent makers. Her style: classic, with an edge. Hannah: timeless sophistication with pops of colour. Together, one rather good idea.

What Is No.64?

Gift, jewellery and homeware were the natural categories. They sit at the intersection of Amy's interior design background and Hannah's years working with fashion names including The Vampire's Wife and Clio Peppiatt. The Makers
Finding the right makers was the biggest challenge. Not finding people who make beautiful things, Brighton has no shortage of that, but finding the right fit for No.64 and doing their stories justice. Amy and Hannah visited studios, attended The Makers Fair and Paper Daisy Street events, and searched online for work that genuinely moved them. The test was always the same: would they want the piece in their own homes? Was there a real story worth telling? Six makers launch with No.64. More will be added as the business grows.
Trained in the Hatton Garden goldsmithing tradition, drawing inspiration from travels across Asia. Every piece carries the fingerprints of someone who learned their craft in one of the world's most respected jewellery hubs.
Shop Me Me Jewellery at No.64Katie studied fine arts and printmaking at the University of Brighton. Her studio in Bevendean merges hand-carved lino prints with slab ceramic craft. She works from British clay. Her ethos: buy less, cherish more. Nature, time and the people she holds dear show up in every piece.
Shop KP Studio at No.64Jo makes silk eye masks. No.64 is planning an in-store personalisation event pre-Christmas where customers can work directly with her to create something uniquely theirs.
Shop Mille Saisons at No.64Sabrina creates wall art and prints. Colour, composition and a clear point of view on what makes a space come alive.
Shop Violets Print House at No.64Alice painted the exterior of the No.64 shopfront. She is also a canvas artist. No.64 is hosting a preview of her newest collection in November, new work, first look, exclusively in-store.
