Brighton and Hove sets out a plan to strengthen its visual arts scene

Brighton and Hove has launched Re:Frame, a new report setting out how to protect and grow the city's visual arts scene. The council says creative industries contribute over £1.5 billion and support 16,000 jobs, but the sector faces funding cuts and lost venues.
