Council Rules Out New England House Rebuild and Opens New Creative Workspace
Brighton and Hove City Council has ruled out a costly rebuild of New England House and will instead open more than 30,000 square feet of workspace at Phoenix House and Lyndean House for creative businesses, while beginning the long-term regeneration of the site.
